HEI4Future: Startups4Future Training Programme

Description

In a world marked by volatility, uncertainty and constant transformation, start-ups need strength, agility and vision to stay ahead. Startups4Future is a high-intensity, immersive training programme specifically designed to help young ventures in the health, mobility and manufacturing sectors become more resilient and “fit” for the challenges of tomorrow. Inspired by the logic of HIIT – High-Intensity Interval Training – the programme combines focused learning bursts with practical application, enabling participants to train the core muscles every start-up needs for sustainable growth.

Through a sequence of interactive online sessions, start-ups will enhance their capabilities in three key areas:

• Leadership: acquire essential entrepreneurial leadership skills, refine their vision and learn strategies to inspire, motivate and manage the team effectively.

• Innovation: identify untapped opportunities and transform ideas into disruptive solutions that can redefine their sector.

• Market Entry: gain practical insights into market research, competitor analysis, localisation and scalability to make confident, data-informed decisions.

Targeted at pre-seed and seed-stage start-ups registered in Horizon Europe-eligible countries, the programme offers a complementary deep-tech training package worth €7,500 per start-up, access to international mentoring from subject-matter experts, and a curated matchmaking business trip to a Western European market for the best-performing team.

By combining expert guidance, peer exchange and hands-on practice, Startups4Future empowers founders to strengthen their leadership, boost innovation capacity and expand their international reach.

The programme is delivered online as part of the HEI4Future project and supported by EIT Urban Mobility, co-funded by the European Union.

Deadline for application is 26 February at 13:00 CET.
