The INTERREG IPA ADRION Mission4Water project launches an Open Call for Innovative Solutions aimed at tackling water pollution across the Adriatic-Ionian region. This call supports the development and implementation of novel, effective approaches that improve water quality and promote sustainable management of water resources.
The initiative invites small consortia – with a minimum of two partners – led by SMEs to submit their ideas. In addition to SMEs, consortia may include universities, research institutions, NGOs, and local or regional authorities, provided they are active in the field of water pollution reduction. The call strongly encourages transnational collaboration, blending practical experience, scientific research, and regional knowledge to address complex environmental challenges.
Selected participants benefit from access to expert guidance, technical assistance, and capacity-building opportunities through the Mission4Water project. This support is designed to help transform promising concepts into viable, real-world solutions that contribute to the protection and restoration of aquatic ecosystems in the region.
The call prioritizes scalable and innovative technologies, methodologies, and approaches that can be tested and replicated across different contexts within the Adriatic-Ionian area.
Deadline for submissions is 7th April, 17:00 CET (Brussels time). For details and application guidelines, visit the official Open Call announcement.
